We stayed in our apartment last week.  Someone repeatedly parked in our space so we will be contacting the Communty Secretary.  We also noted that the security guards were not patrolling as often as usual.

The community charge has just been reduced.  I could not agree with anything which would increase this for the time being.  La Recoleta is very quiet in the winter months and the pool would hardly be used.

Community thread: Any plans to have a heated pool in La Recoleta ?
