With regards to the sports zone im pretty sure the people who are working at the moment to get it open will glady accept anyones money.Whether from Condado, La isla or anywhere else. I wish them all the best with there venture. Before people came in from outside and used the faciliies at the sports area as im pretty sure there used to be employees from El Pozo playing paddle tennis there regular in the past. There would be no problem in people from la isla coming into Condado going to the Clover and then walking round to the sports zone so dont see there being any difficulty. As far as the pools are concerned the same would apply come in from la isla and use any pool. Once you are past the security gate no-oe follows you arround to see where you are going doesnt make sense to me.

Depending on what you are looking for but there are a couple of guys on Condado who sell and rent clubs.I bought a set off them a while back just for keeping in the apartment here. There website is www.condadogolfclubhire.eu  just had a look on there site and they have complete sets for sale for 100 euros brand new. Not sure if they do any second hand sets or not.

Depending on what kind of car you have or are planning to buy.The insurance in Spain is for the car not the person. So when you insure the car anyone can drive it with your permission obviously and as long as they have a license.The more restrictions you put on it the better ie drivers over a certain age. I believe you also have to have some form of breakdown cover which is normally included with fully comp insurance.You also have road tax but not as expensive as uk but again is determined by the vehicle.In Spain they have the ITV which is same as MOT in uk.If your car is under 10years old you only need an ITV every two years.

Hello There

Seems this thread has got a little lost somewhere along the line.Was originally about the Al Kazar and now rambling on about who is going to run the golf courses.Personally  i dont mind or think it will make any difference who is running the courses the point of the thread was who if anyone is going to invest in the Al Kazar now that PW are out of the way.The resort needs more facilities to keep people interested and to help make the resort more attractive to potential visitors.Anyone on here actually planning to invest in the Al Kazar.
