Well, where do I start other than it's fantastic! 

The weather was amazing couldn't have been better. We had our community meeting with P3 owners that seemed to go well, hope to meet you all again maybe at the next AGM on the 11th June. 

Apartments: pool was immaculate when we left and cleaning of the courtyards was fine but for some reason the communal corridors to the apartments were not being cleaned, we definitely need to establish the cleaning contract at the next AGM.

Market, still quite small, but has been quiet no additional noise and cleaned up very well afterwards I personally hope it gets better in the summer there just isn't enough buyers at the moment to keep it running (or that's how it seems).

Mercadona square, getting very busy loads of new shops opened it's great.

Mercadona San Javier and the additional shops also great we found a new eating place Fryday's, do a fantastic fish, chips & mushy peas. We got off the plane at 8pm headed straight for Mercadona, ordered our fish & chips from Fryday's by the time we had finished our shopping the takeaway was ready and we headed off home! All sorted in 1hr what more can you ask it was great.  

Thieves: still on going I'm afraid so watch you pedal cycles, etc. ours were stolen along with others in the month of April.

New build, not 100% sure on this but, at the Roda traffic lights  behind the old houses, the land has been paved out in to an L shape, we've been told it's for the new sports centre to be built by the council but land scaped out by Peinsa we will see!
