Any more Cortijo Del Mar owners out there on the rental programme? I’d be interested to hear how you are getting on. I’d also be interested to hear from any Cortijo Del Mar owners who are renting out themselves or via an agent, as I’m not sure which way of renting is best. Also, I’m not over there very often, and am wondering if there is an owners’ association, if not, would anyone be interested in setting one up?

I have just bought a two bedroom apartment in Cortijo Del Mar. Does anyone know how long it takes to get water, electricity connected once your lawyer has requested them?

My husband and I have been interested in Calaceite since we saw its location. We have made an offer on one apartment, which was not accepted. This offer was below the asking price, as we are nervous in the current market situation and the site still has no facilities and is unfinished. Any buyers have any advice for us? Are the developers keeping their promises re. closing, amenities, etc.?
