God can it be 3 years since I visited the building site that was VistalMar Sur?

What a change the complex has been fully landscaped most apartments are finished.

There is water and electricity

And security was being I'm proved as I was visiting

Big thanks to my very helpful Neighbors.

Just back from Vistalmar Sur today.

and all i can say is omg

No power or lights.

No water

No pool

and a mess.

any one got any information on the situation on this development.
