Just to let everybody know that we have absolutely no news whatsoever. Things have gone very quiet. We have heard nothing from our solicitor.

Any news from anyone else?

We have also started to get on the creditor's list, and yes it has cost more money with the solicitor.

I am still here. I went out last October and hired a new solicitor. I duly paid my money and haven't heard a thing from him either!

Despite at least half a dozen emails asking him for information on progress, he is blanking me. If anyone would like to know which solicitor is it, please let me know.

I still do not know what to do for the best, AIFOS seem to be hanging on by the skin of their teeth.

Does anyone know if anyone has been successful in suing AIFOS, and actually getting their money back?

This is the latest news I have from Casa Blanca:-

There is a building stop on 3 blocks, A, B and C, because Aifos has built a floor too many. The town hall of Fuengirola apparently has accepted the construction as it is and is now waiting for its acceptance by the Junta de Andalucia. The necessary administrative steps have all been taken and they expect an answer from the Junta de Andalucia in the next future.

Once the Junta de Andalucia approves the project there is about 6 months of labour needed to complete the project.
