Does anyone know why Ryanair flights from East Mids and Birmingham have been switched to early mornings, after previously always been afternoons/evenings? This is only a recent switch as friends of ours had booked some weeks ago on the basis of the usual times, and have now had an email informing them of the change.

Thought that the airport was used by the Military in the mornings.

Tried contacting Ryanair but was told they didn't have the "exact information" for the change.

Has anyone heard anything recently regarding the insolvency process with Aldea?

They were given 3 years in January 2011 to finalise everything and "promised" to settle all debts then.

We are a creditor and have heard nothing. Surely the Court should be forcing the issue now, but then again this is Spain!

We have a claim in legal proceedings against Aldea Advisors.

Does anyone know whether we need to make a Spanish Will in case anything happens to one of us before the claim is settled?

When we had to obtain NIE numbers around 19 months ago, we used Jo Ann & Lynn from "niein1day".

We had to go over to Alicante ( turned the visit into a holiday ), but they did all the paperwork, met us at the Police Station - or you can arrange to meet at the Airport - and it was all sorted within an hour. They charged  around  75euros, were very friendly and professional.

We are in a similar positio to Gazza. We bought at ACC, switched to OCC and have been trying to get our money back for 2 years!

Our money never left the greedy hands of the solicitors, Aldea Advisors, so we are now one of many creditors awaiting the outcome of the Insolvency process, which may take another 3 years.

We are pleased for the people happily living in Spain but spare a thought for people like us whose dream has turned into a nightmare.
