That would lose Parador too much money ,would it not, if they showed people what was really happening, would not trust them or their partners, Huma, as far as I could throw them. They have made too much money out of the lot of us.

Just to let you all know, if you are interested, after much aggravation and numerous telephone calls we have today received all of money back, via Aldea, from Huma. This includes the deposit and two staged payments, 'fraid we did not hold out for interest we just wanted our money!

Good luck to all who can afford to stay with development, if (when) it gets finished I think it will be a fabulous place but we just couldn't leave our funds tied up that long best wishes Andrea

acoulson, we are guilty of trying to buy off-plan through Parador Properties (based in UK), all planning was supposedly in place for Almanzora Country Club, yet 2 years on and very little building has been acheived. We are trying to get our money back due to Huma's breach of contract but having difficulty with Spanish solicitors response, any advice???
