Hi Rhonda,

We know how you feel, we agreed to purchase in April 2005 with a completion date of November 2005, possibly a littlle nieve to think it would be ready by then but we were told by friends that it would be at least 3-4 months later than this date as this is how things happen in Spain. It has been very stresfull but at the end of the day we will be living in a beautifull villa, a 3 bed Provenza, in a great setting and without the stress we get here in England. Yes we will be 15 months later than what we anticipated but it will be worth the wait.

As we are retireing to LTR plot 3 row Q and I will now not be finishing work until July 2007, the new completion date of March 2008 is not a worry to us as we will rent in Spain until our villa is finished.

We have been over to the site 6 weeks ago and have to agree with others that the finishes are very good and the extras very welcolm. Sue is going over to see our Daughter this Saturday, April 14th and staying until the 19th. She will visit the site whilst she is out there and any further changes will let you all know. If there are any others out there at the same time let us know and perhaps you can meet up.

Hi one and all,

We have just returned from a quick visit to Murcia and visited the site on Tuesday 13th March and can report the following.

The show houses were opened for the first time on Monday 12th March. The finishes are very good. The floor tiles are a light beige colour, a lot better than the original brown. The doors, door frames and the wardrobe doors are a Walnut colour and we thought they went well with the rest of the decor, better than pine or paint finish, they looked more "classey". The kitchen worktop finish looks a little like marble ans is a light colour. There is an alarm system now fitted to all properties. The outside will be finished with a tiled path from the gate with the rest of the area finished with either coloured shingle we saw white and a similar colour to Welsh Slate. Completion of the first phase will be March 2008 latest.

Sorry we have no photos to download but had a problem with the camera.

Hope the above gets rid of some of the fears regarding finishes and completion dates.

As we will be over to look at how the developement is going, we wondered  if anybody else were over at the same time we could arrange to meet up for a chat and swap stories.

We will be over from Tuesday 16th until Monday 22nd January.
