In agreement with Article 16 of the Law of Horizontal Property, you are summoned to the General Meeting of the community of owners, that will be held Saturday 8^th March at 11.30am, with final summons at 12.00 at the HOTEL MEXICO, to deliberate the following points:

 

 

ORDER OF THE DAY

 

1. Information of the administration of the community of owners.
2. Election of Meeting Management (President & Vice-president.)
3. Approval of the quote from 1^st March 2008 to 28^th February 2009.
4. Approval of distribution quotas of the community from 1^st march 2008 to 28^th February 2009.
5. Community Issues:

Ø  Norms of coexistence & statutes.

Ø  Security.

Ø  Awnings.

Ø  SPA

Ø  Satellite

 

6. Authorization to the president of the community to grant powers to professional and legal representatives of the community, so that in representation of itself, they carry out appropriate judicial reclaims for the cover of existing outstanding bills in the community, and for any other related issue, for what is deemed necessary intervention in the interest of the community in name and representation.
7. Requests and questions.

 

Given the importance of the subjects to be discussed we request your personal attendance in the case that it is not possible to delegate someone to represent you.
