Have just found your site after many many months of looking for some-one to help with the saga of mhv.

We purchased our unit in January 2004 and were told we were the second people to purchase a unit. We were not taken to a portacabin but an office suite at the development  and was told that the completion date would be December 2005.  This was again delayed to October 2006.  I have recently e mailed the lawyer and he cannot to date give us a secure completion date.  We are flying out on 23rd December and fully intend to find out about the return of our deposit which the builders have had in their bank account for 2 years.  In the meantime, we sold our business, went into rented accomodation waiting for the completion.  We have now had to buy another home and business, and are very disillusioned with both the builders and Viva, who have been no help at all.  What are the chances of the deposits being returned? Have people been successful, and have they used their Spanish lawyers.  I would be grateful for any information you could give us prior to our visit in December.
