Hi 

I would to know whether some owners still have problems with the administrator regarding the community fees and the famous 20% penalty where a lot of people were not aware of because of the former administrator did not carry its job properly. 

And of course the current one did not address the issue in a clever way. Actually done in a very rigid way close to patronising people
