Hi - I have just spotted two amounts that have been paid to Mapfre familiar for the two apartments we have at Condado. There approx. 200 euros each payment. Would anyone be able to shed some light on what this may be for? Im guessing its house insurance from a googling exercise however I thought this was included in our service charge. Appreciate any comments anyone can offer? Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a local electical store near to Condado where one can pruchase some 'middle of the road' yet good value fridge freezers & washing machines? I suppose a Spanish equivalent of a comet or currys store.

Appreciate any comments or suggestions anyone may have.
