I am a completed buyer in phase two, it appears to me that what we have now is a rather nice residential community (nice apartments and villas with swimming pools) but many like me want Corvera Golf to be an actual resort, where in theory i could stay on the resort complex for a whole week making use of things like a golf clubhouse, hotel, spa, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. My question is if Calidona is not going to provide these things then could the 400 or so completed buyers band together as a co-op or other legal society or entity and make it happen ourselves ? After all i have invested several hundred thousand euros in my corvera holiday home, if there were legal safeguards i would be happy to put in say a further 5,000 - 10,000 Euro towards such a project, if the other 400 completed buyers did the same we would have Two Million - Four Million Euro, would that be enough to build and run comercial and leisure facilities at Corvera Golf to turn it into more of a resort than a housing complex ? I have read many postings on this forum about legal action, but it appears to me that trying to force Calidona to build the things we want may simply be counter productive, surely if court cases were won then Calidona would go into liquidation and the winner would get nothing but a hefty legal bill and some short lived satisfaction. It might be better if we got together as owners via an owners forum with a legal representative that could approach both Calidona and the local council about taking Corvera over as an entity and running it as a co-op. Any suggestions or thoughts on this ?
