I´m sorry but having watched this site for years and seen the disgraceful behaviour of these crooks, (from whom we also bought a property)  I still can´t believe this is a country that is supposed to be bound by the same European laws that sends a market stall holder  in the UK to prison for selling bananas by the imperial pound instead of by the metric kilo, yet allows these bandits to steal over €50 MILLION from innocent people and allows them to still be walking the streets (or in their case driving their fancy cars).  In any decent, law-abiding country they would have been behind bars a long time ago.

Ultimately the blame lies with the ineffective Government and Legislative bodies that run this country.  Until there is a fundamental change in the way the Government and Courts deal with these crooks these criminals (i.e. builders) will continue to defraud decent, honest, hardworking people of their life savings.

We wish you luck in your endeavours to recoup what you can, however you can but don´t hold your breath.

I seem to be missing the point with this defence.

He is charging €200 per month and the receipts specifically state that it is for water and electricity services and garbage collecion,  Non payment of the illegal charge results in disconnection of the water and electricity.  We have not had garbage collecion and street lights for some weeks now.

What exactly is his defence and how come the courts and the press allow this ridiculous defence to be publicised

Don't know if the following contact information is of any use to you in your fight for justice but you have nothing to lose.

Even if you finally get your properties built (doubtful) your problems won't end there if our experience of over 4 years of living on El Trampolin is anything to go by!!

Ultimately the blame lies with a completely indifferent (if not corrupt?) legal & governmental system.  Maybe if the European Community took away Spain's funding they would think twice and do something about this appalling situation.

The following is the contact details for the M.E.P. for Murcia - we know she is aware of the goings-on with this Company but the more people contact her the better chance we all have for an end to the misery - fingers crossed.
