Hi  we received our deposit plus legal interest last year and we received an email on a friday afternoon asking for our bank details. Our spanish bank would have charged us a lot as our account was just one for paying Bill's from.So we asked if we could use a currency house but were told no.So we had to have it sent to our english bank and lost quite a bit on the exchange rate. If we d had time(but the banks were closed) we could have changed our account and saved a fortune.By the time the solicitors took their money and the loss on the exchange we ended up with less than the original deposit paid.We were awarded costs two years ago but banks have appealed and we are still waiting.we have changed our account just in case we may get our costs back.hope this helps
