congratulations that is good news.

we too are waiting for the judge to make a final decision on a linked villa we purchased on phase 2 of gardens of manilva.

which phase was your property in as the bank are trying to say that only phase 1 has a bank guarantee?

who will be paying your money back the bank or the developer and how long have you to wait for the money?

Me and my business partner have two link villas and are due to have our final hearing on Wednesday.

We are very interessted to know where you got your information from with regards to the Solicitors having success on this site? we would very much like to review this and forwrad to our Solicitor for there comments.
