We have had a number of enquiries re the independent lawyers I used to recover deposit monies on my off plan spanish purchase
They are Palma Consulting and  on the web are  ( lawyers   "at" palma-consulting "dot ""com" ) - this  system wont let me post a normal link ! . We can state that in our experience we can  recommend them for being trustworthy , honest independent and reliable  - gold dust in spain we understand

Bank Guarantees and legally sufficient completion dates are a legal requirement in spain 
Seek Advice re your contracts  - Your own interpretation of a translated document can be very wrong ??
