I was unable to get to the AGM  because I was coming back to England a fews days before. Does anyone know what happened ?

I am usually out at Angel each month and it is a shame that all the good work Maria is doing is very difficult because of the lack of funds. If everyone paid their community fees things would be a lot easier. From speaking to friends in other communities they are now issuing passes to enable people to use the pool only if they have paid their fees. So people who rent out their properties and dont pay do not have access to the pool. So think on it and please help by paying.

I have just returned from Angel and it appears that following the meeting in December the President has now sent out the legal letters to the people who have not paid their community fees hopefully some will pay up before being taken to court.This will then mean that the committee will be able to do more to make the site more attractive. However the letters were put under the apartments front doors rather than being sent to the home addresses and they did not have to be signed for.(I have been told about this and am not on the debtors list myself!)

The gardener cut the grass this week but the plants will die because they are very rarely watered  and he has painted the gates to the individual blocks.

The pool looks good and can't wait till it opens in May although it would be nice to have somewhere to sit now in the nice weather!

Having recently returned from Mirafloes friends told me about a very friendly dance class they go to, where they are learning to Waltz, Quickstep, ccc and Salsa etc.As well as being a good form of gentle excercise the classes are also great fun. The classes are run by Susan and she can be contacted on 664 068 020
