I am heading to CDP this weekend and will investigate progress on site. I have a meeting with solicitors and will have to make a payment when contract agreed. Has anyone seen site of a license to build yet?

Has anyone managed to change the contract with the developer to include penalty clauses/compensation for late delivery or money back etc. It seems to me that a community website would be useful for those people who have paid money to developers and need some strength in numbers. I wonder how many people buying on CDP view this site. Enough to influence the developer? Interested parties send me an e-mail.
