To all residents of block 275 - important information !!

You may or may not be aware that we have a problem with the electric supply on our block.  We have discovered that at least two of the ground apartments are not earthed ! We can assume that everybody in the block is the same as one of our residents on the top floor is having a problem with some electrical items and has been informed that it is down to the central electrical supply on the block.

We contacted Resortalia last week but we haven't had a reply yet. It appears that this problem may have been reported back in October last year but hasn't been addressed yet.

Can I ask all residents to contact Resortalia as this is a potentially dangerous situation that is putting our lives and our property at risk !!!

Hi all

After reading the comments about the bbq I felt I had to add my own thoughts.  Firstly, we didn't go to the bbq because we have tried the food in the past and wasn't very impressed, and to be perfectly honest, we were not prepared to pay 60 euros for my family to eat when we can pay less than that to eat at a Chinese buffet and eat as much freshly cooked food as we like.   My personal opinion is that the cost of 15 euros per person is too much, especially for a family !  Just to add, we have heard several opinions about the bbq and they all seem to agree with jinksy. A good eating establishment relies on word of mouth and unfortunately Coppolas doesn't have a good one at the moment, I hope this will change in the future.

I would like to add my comments about Coppolas, and again, have to agree with jinksy.  Coppolas is a dark and depressing place with an awful, uninviting ambience.  We have only been owners on this resort for 9 months, and in this time I have only visited Coppolas a handful of times because I just don't like the place.  

Correct me if I am wrong but am I correct in saying that it doesn't have satellite tv showing any kind of sport ? I didn't go in at all during my last visit to the resort but I can only think it doesn't as my neighbour went to a bar in Roldan to watch the recent football.

If you want ideas then perhaps a bit of a makeover would be a good start and make the place more bright, colourful and a bit more modern, making it more inviting will encourage more residents to use it.  An investment in a satellite tv showing sporting events I am sure would bring the customers in, there are many residents that go outside the resort to watch these events and end up spending money on food and drink whilst there - this is surely a no brainer for Coppolas and would re-invent it within the community.  

If it had better food, a better atmosphere and satellite tv then we would certainly become regulars and would be happy to spend money there !

Hi, we used Climazone for our air con, we can highly recommend, we had a few problems with the installation which was down to Polaris and Steve from Climazone sorted it (607 337 104). We had all our furniture, white goods and lighting from DFS, all delivered and installed with no problems, they even cleaned our apartment for us - aftercare service from both is fantastic.

Hi Dianne, been on the roof this afternoon and they still haven't filled in the holes. No building work has been done on the resort at all today, so don't know if it is some holiday. It is a bank hol on this coming Friday though.

Richard, we are finally having our air con fitted on wednesday, as PW have now fixed our problem by all accounts. We can ask the installers (climazone) if they have heard anything. They have been fantastic sorting out our issue and they seem to be the only ones being kept in the loop by PW, but if we draw a blank, do you want us to do anything? We are here until next monday pm!
