HI...WE HAVE BOUGHT IN GOUND FLOOR KHIOS , HAS ANY BODY ELSE THOUGHT OF OR HAD ANY IDEA`S ABOUT HAVING SECURITY GATES ETC ON THERE PROPERTY. ???

hi , just read your email.. the comunity chrages for khios are €671.00 every three months , plus we had to pay an extra €500 to start the kity off. we thought these prices were steep along with the drive .we also had to do 3 point turns .....

THE KHIOS BLOCK LOOKS LOVELY ,POOLS LOOK BRILLIANT.  WE ARE DELIGHTED .HOPEFULLY GOING OUT AGIAN IN EASTER

HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA €500 TO START THE KITTY FOR COMMINITY CHSARGES  AND HAVE BEEN TOLD IT`S €671.00 EVERY 3 MONTHS WE THOUGHT  THIS WAS A BIT STEEP.ALSO WITH  REGARDING TO THE SNAGGING THE BULIDERS WON`T KEEP THE KEYS TO LET THEM SELVES IN .WE HAVE TO BE THERE OR PAY SOMEBODY TO STAY THERE AND DO IT FOR US !!!!!!  HAS ANY BODY HAD THIS PROBLEM ????

hi, disney is moving to spain , to manilva and so i`ve heard they have already  bought the land .it will be there in around 5 years time
