Hello all,

I wanted to update you in the hope that it may calm some of your worries.

The First occupation licence was granted bythe Mijas Town Hall on the 29th Feb 2008.

I am going to Jockey Villas tomorrow morning to let the electricity company in to connect. As far as I can see and experiencing, there are no real problems.

Hello all. My client has now completed and I was at Jockey Villas today to do the snagging list. Luckily not too many faults found!

There are no block numbers visable or even numbers to indicate the house number which makes life fun!

There are still workmen on site and I spoke with a gentleman called Antonio who I believe will be undertaking the snagging.

The urbanisation is looking really good,. I am checking into the water situation as I believed that there would be a temporary builders supply, alas there was none inthe house i am dealing with!

The main gate to drive through is not working yet, again this will be added to my list, but i am guessing this needs an electricity supply! You can gain access through the side gate, but will be a nighmare for furniture deliveries if you are in one of the blocks further up!

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do for any of you.

As promised...I have just recieved confirmation from my clients lawyer to say that the developer has been given the first occupation licence!!!!!!

I have a copy that I would be pleased to forward to anyone wanting a copy.... you will need to get your spnish dictionary out!

I am not sure that the Rules will allow me to post this on site so please send private message.

Hi to you all. I have not purchased at Jockey Villas, but will be setting up and furnishing a town house for my client. I spoke with their lawyer on Thursday 6th March regarding completion dates.

The first Occupation licence is expected anytime now, with a strong possibility of this becoming available next week. As soon as I her I will let you all know.

I will be visiting quite a lot once i have been given the green light to start setting up the property, so if there is anything that I can do to help, please let me know!
