Thanks for this. Apparently having found the developers account number on the contract, apparently this does not constitute proof it was paid in. Think there might have been complaints if it hadn't been paid! Isaac is now going back to court. First of our group is 17th November.

I am still pursuing getting my deposit back for the above. Currently the stumbling block appears to be that the bank won't return the money because we don't have an account number for the developer's. I paid the deposit to Anderson's solicitors for which I have a receipt. Anderson's did not give me a receipt when this was (hopefully) transferred to the Developer's account. Does ANYONE have the developer's account number. Either by paying directly or via their solicitors please?

Isaac contacted the people he represents earlier this year with regard to attending court in Alicante between 14th-18th December. Can I ask if anyone else is attending? I haven't booked flights or accommodation yet as I am unsure whether it will actually go ahead. Also, as witnesses, what role will we be playing. I am going on holiday on 18th December so would have to come back a day early. I have found reasonable accommodation at the Alicante University. Would like to know if anyone else is attending.

A friend of mine who is in the same position as most of us with Ocean Greenery rang Isaac last week and he was in the office so I am sure he still works for them.

Hi all
Can anyone advise what is happening with Canizares & Dominguez, Abogados? The last we heard from Isaac Dominguez was in March this year when he was going to look at the file of our penal action. We have not heard from him since and when ringing the office there is no answer. E-mails to all the directors are returned undelivered? Anyone know anything or can ask their own solicitors if ours has gone bankrupt?
