Dear all,

I am a German owner of a new apartment in Duquesa Village. We bought the aparment in December from the Bank Caixa Catalunia over the real estate agancy Prime Invest. In the complex some apartments are still without electricity, ours included. When we bought the apartment back in December we are ensured that everything would be provided very soon but since then nothing changed, nobody feels responsible and virtually no progress has been made. Is there anybody in the same situation and how are you planning to react to this deflacting conflict?
