Can anyone who has already completed tell us if they were advised not to do so by their solicitors until the notaries for the drink licence have been granted?

We have been told by our solicitors not to complete until the licence has been granted, if we choose to complete we will have to sign a disclaimer stating that we are going against the wishes of our soicitors.

We really want to get moving on this now but it seems our solicitors are holding us back and we are not sure if we should go against their advice.
