Hi Martin. I've had plenty of damp trouble, but in my bathroom and over my fridge-freezer. Am in Jardines, in a 2-bed. Anyway if you don't want to fix the problem youself but want to get PW to do you'll have to keep bugging them until they turn up and fix the problem. I'm sorry to say they are a disaster, I've had them out to my place 3 times already, they didn't fix the problem the first 2 times, so I'm hoping for third time lucky.

Thanks Pam. I reported the problem to the Community of Owners and they are taking it up with PW also....

Barney, these folks at PW haven't a clue, it's a joke that you've been treated like that, I am, was, looking forward to the golf at PW but this has really put me off......44cents for a scorecard, jeez that's pathetic!!!!
