I have been trying to translate the two documents on TH website but I can't. 

I even gave my Spanish friend to translate it for me and she couldn't.   It is too hard to understand exactly what the meaning of the document is.  According to my Spanish and my understanding of it, it does not say the work can now start and it is not clear whether that was the final licence.

I did not see the point in translating word by word as it would not make any sense.

I will do my best to get it right as some legal terms may be hard to translate.

I will just say to everyone that I speak Spanish fluently better than English but I do anticipate that they may be some legal terms that I will not understand in which case I will let you know.

  Sorry Jappien we have not villas no rent to people like you.

If you really want to rent a villa in that area, I personally think you would be spoil for choice but as I see it, you are here to rub the salt on the hounds. U knows we are going through a healing process and rubbing salt now can only make things better for us.   I can't wait I am so excited to see all the work going on.

I will like to one day meet my fellow buyers and make our THGR the envy of other developments.  What about a cartel saying “WHACH DOG NEIBOURHOOD”.

 We’ve been through so much together and I hope we celebrate it all together VERY VERY SOON.   By the way if anyone has a document in Spanish I will be happy to translate it in English.

All we have ever wanted is or any TH member to contact and inform us about anything regarding the development.

I am hoping you will be posting very often so that we do not have to rely on none "false comments". 

TH is starting to play its role and we should start celebrating.  In any relationship it is important to tell the truth and only the truth no matter what.  I am sure our relation with TH will get stronger if the keep in touch.  God bless Antonia for giving me the chance of a good night.  I am so relieve.

TH took large quantities of our cash for the promise of building properties.

 It’s now 2-3 years wait and they can not even bother in contacting us and letting us know what is going on with the development.  I think TH is acting irresponsibly and I am sure many of us have had hard times thanks to TH.  I do not understand why people are fighting with each other on the forum; the only one to blame is TH for dishonesty.  By contacting us at least once every 2 months they would have ease the pain and keep us happy.  TH should learn how to communicate with people not only taking money.  Some of they huge profits should be spend on training employees people skills that they seem to lack as a whole.

 If any member of TH read this please is high time you told the truth and only the truth.  It may be painful but at least we will have the chance to deal with it in our own ways. 

 Here is a tip for TH.

 Write a message of no more than 100 words explaining what is going on with our dream homes. It will take approximately 10 minutes to send the message to all your customers with known emails and make us happy for a day.  It will take 10 minutes but it will make a huge difference to all of us.
