Has anyone used the company 'Spanish Legal Reclaim' to reclaim lost property deposit's from spanish banks?

This company has offered their services to me on a no win no fee basis and want 35% of any funds reclaimed.

Just looking for references for this company or any similar companys.

Still thought it strangely quiet on the complex thou, was expecting lots of activity by now. I guess the building work doesnt help. The commercial centre still looks a couple of years away also.

Hi all

I am considering renting out my duplex and some advise would be useful

Is renting your property a good viable option?

How much rent can be achieved?

What is better - Long lets or holiday lets?

Things seemed pretty quiet when I was on site recently, shutters closed, little activity, big building site at the back. Do people realy want to rent a property on this site?
