We may not be letting our place, and therefore not using a Property Management Service.  If that's the case, our last day at La Torre will always be taken up doing the laundry (ready for the other friends or family who follow - and so on)! 

Does anyone know if  there's anyone out there providing a 'pay as you go' laundry/cleaning service?

Has anyone put a fridge freezer in a Cornical?  We hope to put a tall-ish FF in the space in the kitchen, and would like a microwave on top.   We wondered if the electrics would cope with a double plug in the one socket?  If anyone has done something similar, would be pleased to hear if it worked ok.

The lights supplied in Furniture packages seem very expensive (even with the fitting included).  Can anyone recommend a local electrician at LT, who could fit any lights we buy separately?

We're out at short notice this week doing final snagging.  Also trying to finalise furniture order, but not sure how place will look with curtains, different lights, and whether shower needs enclosing etc.  It's a bit of a long shot, but if anyone is in residence, and prepared to let us see their place furnished, we'd really appreciate it.  Can supply mobile number to arrange visit - will be there Tuesday through Thursday. 

Failing that, anyone been through the process have any advice re where to buy, do's and don'ts, and so on?

Does anyone have any experience of opening a bank account in the area around La Torre?  Good service, decent rates etc.   We would ideally like to open account from UK, to facilitate bill payments before we take delivery - will we have to be there in person?  Any advice would be welcome.
