I address this message to anyone who attended the PM3 AGM and newly elected members of the board.

I have just received some information regarding the agm.

Like the treasurer I am dumb struck as to how the community is in such deficit in such a short space of time. How can we have gone over spend in excess of Euros 23,000 for repairs and sundries? What has this money been spent on and should this money have been spent out of community funds?

What measures are we taking on the security front. Are there any members of PM3 who have not been burgled?

How do we get those members who have arrears on their fees to pay up

I thank those who were elected to the board for PM3 and offer my support where I can.

We have again had a burglary and the TV was taken from our apartment in block 26. The repairs from the previous attempted burglary had not been done. The security situation is NOW critical. We might as well all leave the doors open to save them causing damage. I don't know what the answer is but if we do not get decent 24 hour security on the site asap our investments are worthless. Even if I wanted to rent the flat who would want to in the current climate.

I know that not everyone is paying their community fees but if we do not levy additional funds now we might as well pour our money down the drain but then again the drains could not cope!!!

I have tried to remain positive throughout but am of the opinion that we now own very expensive white elephants.

I just wanted to update everyone that we have a 1st floor apartment in block 26. When Homecare were doing their twice monthly inspection on Friday they noticed that there had been an attempted break in. There was damage to both the bedroom window and the frame to the patio doors.

I imagined that being on the 1st floor offered us an element of security but this is not the case obviously. Block 26 is very exposed. Did anybody attend the PM3 AGM and was security discussed?

I phoned the police in Sabinillas and Casares but with my limited Spanish could not make myself understood. Homecare will phone policy on my behalf.

Site security were helpful but there is only so much they can do.

I sent a message to Ammex for what good it will do!!

What security measure do people think I could take at the back of the property?

Sorry about my last message. Tom Andersen has just installed satellite into our apartment in block 26. Homecareontheweb have checked the installation and all appears well. In terms of the payment the digital box has increased in price and the price is now 540 Euros.
