Greetings to all fellow Jardines de Cope investors.

I am currently in dispute with the builders regarding the 10k deposit which is supposedly outstanding and was supposed to be paid to Aramis, who of course have now gone bump (hurrah!).  The builders are saying that they should have title to this money as, with the demise of Aramis,  this is outstanding to them.  However, I would refer all investors to the Transfer of Contractual Rights document which states in part II:

"Aramis Investments Ltd. has paid to Costa de Vera, S.L. the sum of 35.310 Euros, in the concept of a bonus.  This sum is equivalent to 30% of the price, VAT included (35.310 Euros)."

So it looks like the cheeky £*&#'s have already been paid this money!

So far, AG2 have acted more like apologists for the developer than looking out for our interests, however, they say they are looking into the matter.  We shall see, but until this matter is resolved I do not see why we should complete.
