there was also an event as part of the Fuente Fiesta but other than that i have heard and seen nothing for the last 2 weeks. just got back this morning the last time the track was used was Fri / Sat 21st / 22nd Aug.

I have not heard anything, i got back this morning but i have seen their car travelling around the site,. I have also seen them working on our neighbours garden. i will let you know if i hear anything.

we have been landed with a number of old bills from the previous occupant for our house on HDA. from water to community fees. I know the solicitor was meant to pick all this up but clearly these were missed and apparently we are liable. I have paid some but know i am getting annoyed. I have spoken to oither owners and they are having simular problems. Any ideas or comments?
