Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I found it by accident whilst looking for info on the Hippodromo development so I am familiar with the history and  problems.

I have been offered a resale appartment on the Hippodromo development, a 3 bed in the Derby.

Is anybody else willing to sell?

Obviously it comes down to the best price and better if we can miss out the Estate Agents commission.

Please email me details of appartments available and financial info such as deposit paid, balance to pay etc
