We have raised a number of questions over completion and have not had them answered as yet.  I do not think we will complete by the end of March.  In fact we may ask for our money back even at this stage.

 If anyone else is in a similiar position or have pulled out I would like to hear from you.

I have an apartment in block 3 and have been told end of feb/ beginning of March.  I am more worried that I about renting it out at least for some of the year, if they have so many of thier own to rent out.  they are also giving away the furnture with new sales.  as any one got a dscount or anything else out of them for the delay?

Sorry for not checking on this before but I goit side tracked, but thanks for the reply

 

I was in torrox this week and they now say that the golf course will not be finished until 2010, not great for rental.

 

I am in block 3 over looking the pool. The view is great there now over the show flat and a big sea view.  Block 5 will get a great view of the marina when it is done.

Does anyone know anything else about the new marina that has just been given permission?  I think in the long run it should help the letting and the value

 Will it be right in front of that view we have just bought and how long will the work take.
