We are after some advice.  We have been owners on Condado for many years now.  Originally when we completed our Spanish bank account was with Banco Halifax. However due to changes within the banking system, it has been changed many times due to no choice of our own.  Our latest provider is Sabadell. 

The only thing we have going through our account is our community fees, insurance, electricity and water payments.  However we have just received our statement for the last year and have been charged 150 euro for the privilege.  This does include our non residence certificates but still seems very expensive. We originally signed up for a fee of 25 euro a year.  

Has anyone else had a similar experience or managed to find an alternative?
