We completed on block 23 0 8 on the 29th June , have stayed there for 2 weeks and been home since Monday. Block 23 0 7 has also completed and the owners are staying there at the moment. I don't think there was anybody else in block 23 but during our stay quite a few people completed from block 19 down including block 24.

Just returned from 2 weeks in our Duplex after completing on the 29th June. Had the pool to ourselves for the first few days - but by the time we left it was quite crowded (about 12 people !!! ). The house is lovely - a few minor snags , one major one - water pouring through the downstairs shower room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom on the third day!  The builders came and fixed it very quickly but unfortunately last Friday the leak returned . They were straight back round again - told us not to use the upstairs room and are supposedly returning today to carry on with the repairs in our absence. There is still a lot af work to be done in the communal areas but we saw a lot of progress in the time we were there. Every day a new area of block paving or a water feature appeared. The tennis court is open but as it was 32 degrees most days it was pretty hot up there. Our 2 weeks were very hectic with shopping, DIY and exploring the area but we had a fantastic time in our new house and are now booking flights to return as soon as possible. Rumour has it there is to be the first community meeting on the 15th September but haven't had confirmation. Whilst we were there we met several people from the Eye On Spain site. Will upload some photos to the site.

We complete tomorrow (via our Spanish solicitor) 2 years and 1 month after paying our initial deposit. Actually the time has seemed to have flown by. We go out on 8th July for our first 2 weeks in our own property. Will take lots of photos and post on this site on our return. Not long now for everbody. Good to hear there is green around our pool.

We have just returned from the "Courtesy Visit" of our duplex in Block 23. We were told straight away it is not a snagging visit - this will be done after completion as there is no water or electricity on yet. However we pointed out a few things we were not happy with and the girl who took us around noted them and said they would be rectified.

Our property is complete and has all curtains hung and all furnishing in it - still wrapped thankfully! We were not able to see the pool or other areas as there is still too much construction in progress.

We were disappointed to find that an electricity box has been built right outside our front patio (see uploaded photo) - one of many all around the site. Apparently other visitors have already complained but we have been told nothing can be done about these. They have supposedly been reduced in size already.

Although completion has still not been confirmed they seem to think dates given will be ok and the pool and gardens "should" be finished (but not the spa).

We don't remember seeing a dishwasher in the kitchen - perhaps anyone going on a visit soon could check theirs and let us know.
