Hello we have just bought villa 39 and was looking for some advise on connecting our utilities. We understand we need a spanish electrician to certificate the insulation before we can have the meter fitted. We assume this will be the same for the gas. Can anybody assist us with this.
Also looking forward in joining the community soon.
