Not rose tinted glasses but knowing the facts, all that you have told us, that is not finished ,has been repeated many times on EOS.

Pity you didn`t give us some news like cables & sub station going in for the last week, once they are in all pipes will be redundant. Mains water & electric will be connected & all services will be functioning. Why do you think there is no water in the pool toilet blocks ! Water is only connected to apts. that have been taken over. We are unlikely to get a GYM as stated on this site, little chance of getting a vaccuum system , they are only committing to what is in the contract. Far from having rose tinted glasses you have a choice take it or leave it, as there is little point challenging them legally and getting a good result.

The fact that the gardens are still being  maintained to a high standard gives us confidence of FSA commitment to finish the site, hence our optimism.
