Hi all,

Have completed on La Isla and lighting  & air con being installed on Tuesday, looking for a full builders clean at a sensible price, could anyone please recommend,

On another note, also looking for an on site keyholder, we are not renting but regulat checks would be great just to keep up to speed,

Hi all, we have just reserved a property in block 2 on la isla and are planning to kit out with spot lights, stupidly I have not checked the void size above the ceiling as the lights I want need to have around 12cm from the recess, has anyone either come across this or would know how much room is above the ceiling.
