Hi,

Thank you so much for your latest news on  El Balcon. I am a spanish purchaser on this development. It seems to me things are getting worse in El Balcon.

I decided to contract a spanish solicitor some months ago. We have already taken a civil action against the builder company in order to recovering full monies from this company. As you know, no planning permission have been approved and with regard to bank guaranties, those were requested many times by myself without any success.

I do not know how things will go on. To get money back will take a long time. In the meantime I will try to help people who are buying on this development like me.
