Just to say 'thank you' for keeping us all up to date with the situation at the development itself at Aureus.  It is great to be able to look at pictures of it as well.  I know, from having previously visited the site myself several times, that signs of progress are at last evident.

It would seem as though a completion date is within sight, which is welcome news for all of us, whether completing or cancelling purchases.

If you get any more information, we will be glad to hear it too, and thanks once again for the efforts you have made to keep us all in touch with what is actually happening.

Hi everyone,

I have spoken to our lawyer today, who mentioned that the Judicial Administrator has said that it could be up to 'TWO YEARS' before we get our money back, because the developer is now in financial difficulties, due to the number of cancellations.  Does anyone know of anyone who has invested in Aureus that has actually received their money back?  Our lawyer tells us that we will only receive the original deposit, as the developer cannot afford to pay interest as well.
