Like many I have a Spanish Mortgage ( With Caja Murcia) & I would like to Know if anybody knows how the interest works , as we have seen in UK our interest rate has gone down to 0.5%  meaning we are paying the lowest mortgages for many a year . However my Spanish mortgage has remained the same  , Can I expect it to go down after the first year which I understand is Fixed .Has anyone completed a year & seen their payments decrease ?
