Over summer 2015 we had holiday rentals on our property on Roda - the rentals were obtained via a holiday lettings website who took the payments and forwarded them on to us. Every 3 months I let our accountants know how much we had received and details of expenses we had incurred. They didnt seem to know how to deal with us and finally said they were going to have a meeting with the council. Finally today they have said they need the passport details of all the tenants which we havnt got as its not something we or the letting website take - is this normal ? Just wondered what other people do thanks

Where can I find the result of the vote ? Reason for asking is that we woud like to know if the painting of our block is taking place this autumn or has now been suspended due to the result of the vote

We bought our apartment in October 13 and until now have had the standard Roda package plus we got a wifi dongle from the post office which we topped up every time we were in Spain This week we called into the Teleast office and were offered the English channels package plus wifi for 30euros/ month which we think is a good offer . It was installed within 3 days (installation cost 70 euros) and is working fine - the wifi is really fast. As our apartment is fully let until September it also means our clients will have access to wifi as well.

Hi

I was over at Roda last week and used 00 34 630 101 313 and 00 34 629 235 427 - both  came straight to the apartment when given the block number - it is however more expensive to hire a taxi to LA than to get one back (difference is  about 5 euros)
