Hi everyone. My name is Suzanne and I am coming to Lake Vinuela -Los Romanes this year. After we have researched the area this year we are considering a long term let in the area  in 2016 and wondered if anyone would recommend a reputable letting agent and how we go about it. What is usually included in the rental agreements and are there any pit falls we need to be aware of.

Secondly - what would people advise with regards to bank accounts

Thirdly - any car rental companies that provide automatic cars which are recommended
