Just paid deposit on a Tuscany plot AG10, feeling quite apprehensive and excited at the same time. Have briefly read through the messages posted and can confirm that the show houses are well under construction as of 1st September with roofs going on! We too were quoted a very expensive price for a pool by Sonia, who said that Peinsa did not want to build 1000 pools they would rather build houses. She advised us to get an independent builder, but they would not be allowed on site until Phase 1 was complete.
