Must admit in a perfect world I would have liked to kick Atlas into touch but they did do us a great and unusual deal!

We bought an apartment from them about 4-5 years ago Nr Los Montesinos which they took in PX against the Jazmin villa we have now purchased. Not saying they gave us top dollar but we were happy with the price & it was a neat tidy deal that meant we did not have to wait until the other property sold.

Hi Dennis

We are on the side nearest the montain/furthest away from the shops, I would guess that was North?

Is the licence somthing that comes from the local council i.e. like a sort of planning permission/building regs in the UK?

I suppose we would look for the building Co to sort this?

Thanks for that will give them a go.

I think the fact that we rented a villa at Las Kalendas in July and were spoilt by walking out of the doors and there was the pool was the deciding factor, the site pools are lovely but its a lot les hassle when its in your own garden!!

Where abouts are you guys on the development?

We are in a slight limbo, house complete & ready, we are ready, furniture, goods, bits & bobs ready...........Atlas & paper work ehh not ready, very frustrating. Oh well as people keep teling me THIS IS SPAIN!

Looking forward to the new footie season, Chelsea odds on this year?

You should be in our boat at Watford, got no players left at this rate, oh well we could be Luton?

We are just about to complete on a Villa In Calle Flora at Las Kalendas.

Has anybody had a swimming pool fitted and would be happy pass on the name of the contractor, providing of course they were happy with the work?

Please let us know?
