Got to agree with all of the above.   We have known Roy and Lorraine now for a couple of years and have to say that his communicatin iwth us about our apartment is excellent.     He always meets and greets us and our guests and check the apartment thoroughly when guests leave.      We too have the property guide which is excellent.     Roy has always been at the other end of the phone whenever we or guests have needed him for anything, even when we couldn't find the port in Cartegena and when we go off at the wrong stop in the new tram system in murcia city (ha ha).

I too am quite fussy about the apartment and always like it to be as I would like it.   Lorraine does a fantastic job of the cleaning and the linen etc.    Roy and Lorraine also have picked up shopping for us and our quests on arrival and all in their own time.  

 

I would recommend Corvera Services to anyone

I would like to reiterate the comments of Rosemary Taylor with regard to the new Management Company Corvera Services set up by Roy and Lorraine Howitt.

Their costs for their management services for our two bedroomed apartment is also 240 euros and the service provided for this amount is exceptional.

Roy and Lorraine have been absolutely fantastic in not only our snagging works but also furniture advice and shopping facility whilst we were in spain.   On our return to the UK Roy and Lorraine continued to support us in our completion by collecting and arranging delivery of further items of furniture and arranging for additional works to be carried out within our property i.e curtain poles, shower cubicles, lighting etc.

They are certainly very professional and prompt  in everything they have carried out on our behalf and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
