Hi Neighbours, I am due to complete on a property in Khios which I agreed to purchase off plan some four years ago, how time flys! At the time of purchasing it was my intention to sell it on off plan, however never got around to it, so I suppose I should fit in well to the Spanish life style!! Now they actually want some real money to complete I should now start thinking about all this a bit more seriously so it would be good to hear from anyone that has either moved in or is about to move in! Can anyone help or answer the following queries:

a) Are there a good rental agents that anyone could recommend?

b) Furniture! What is the best way to furnish an apartment, buy locally, import?

c) If anyone knows anyone that would like to purchase an apartment in Khios then let me know, as I have yet to complete and I'm open to offers!
