                        We bought a 2 bed penthouse off plan.... There has been a lot of heartache on the way but we are now really enjoying our holiday home. This year we have already had 4 great holidays at CDS.  In July we took friends who had not been to the area. They loved the apartment, the area and the sense of space at the development.
We have managed to rent our place but i won't pretend it is easy. To start with we made little effort and had few rentals.....
Now the development is more mature we have tried a bit harder and have had several rentals. If we tried harder I am sure we could achieve more.
Overall I would recommend CDs to anyone... I really like it and i am glad we bought here.

Hi, I have a 2 bed penthouse apartment that could be available for your dates....

My apartment is nicely decorated and has TV, DVD, CD player.

the really nice part is the roof terrace.

We have 4 top quality sunbeds and a table with 6 chairs along with a Bar b q.

We also have a large parasol up there.

There ia lift from the underground parking up to our front door.

We have used it many times this year and have had some great holidays recently.

I can also give you some good tips for restaurants etc....

please let me know if this is of interest...

Hi All

         I have recently returned from CDS having stayed there over the new year.

We arrived to find the car park in block 29 covered in 4/5 inches of water and sludge.

The water mark on the walls was above 5 feet. Ammex did arrange for several guys to work on this but the holidays got in the way.

We left last Friday by which time most the of the floor was clean but the lift unusable.

I guess we were lucky that all the electrics in our apartment and communal areas were unaffected.

A word of warning though if you have anything in the store rooms, they will almost certainly be covered in 4/5 inches of sludge

which may harden in the following days/weeks. I managed to clean mine, with some items ruined....

It was very time consuming to clean.

From looking at the aftermath the water must have poured through the air bricks in the car park ;

Externally these are a matter of inches above the ground.

without major drainage work this will happen again.

If you had a car in either 28 or 29 you should speak to insurance asap.

I heard through the grapevine that an insurance assesser had been to survey the damage I couldn't ascertain

on who's behalf they were inspecting.

Is anybody interested in playing some Golf during this period?

I am around 24 handicap;

Happy to play with any standard....

I played Estepona Golf club and Finca Cortisan in May;

Both very good though Fince Cortisan was quite expensive.
